Tasima is governed by a board of directors appointed by its shareholders.
The current board members are profiled below.

DR STEPHEN MNCUBE has been chairperson of Tasima's board since June 2008. An academic of note, Dr Mncube holds a number of qualifications including a PhD in Adult Education/Information Science obtained at Syracuse University in the United States. Equally important, he was Professor Extraordinaire in Information Science at the University of Stellenbosch. Previously a non-executive director of arivia.kom, Dr Mncube also chairs the board of the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA).
TEBOGO K MPHUTI is the chief executive officer of Tasima. An experienced executive with a legal background, Mr Mphuti is a merchant banker specialising in corporate finance. Most recently he was the CEO of April 27, a corporate finance firm, prior to which he was Deputy Director-General and Head of the Corporate Finance & Transactions Division at the Department of Public Enterprises (DPE).
FANNIE MAHLANGU is the co-founder and managing director of Thuthukani Information Technology Services, a 100% black-owned, controlled and managed IT company that enjoys relationships with key strategic information communication technology partners. Mr Mahlangu is also a member of the board of directors of computer giants Fujitsu Technology Solutions and ATIO Corporation.
STEVE WEBSTER is the founding member of Webcom Consulting, Webcom Technologies and Webcom Software. He has an MBA from Heriott-Watt University in Edinburgh and more than a quarter of a century of experience in information communication technology.
ZUKO VABAZA is a co-founder and an executive director of Thuthukani Information Technology Services which is a 100% black-owned and managed IT company. He has extensive experience in client relations and contract management.
