Tasima's business office is responsible for the documentation of user requirements, quality control, training and implementation of the eNaTiS in collaboration with the respective client organisations in the National Department of Transport and other authorities involved. The office allocates resources primarily to end user requirements and problems.

- Developing training documentation
- Ensuring compliance with the specifications of the National Road Traffic Act 1996
(Act 93 of 1996) and the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000
- Testing new application modules
